Previous Athletes Sue NCAA for Alleged Negligence in Sexual Assaults

Former Nebraska volleyball player Capri Davis and ex-Michigan State sprinter Emma Roedel are section of a group that is seven-women the NCAA, saying the corporation had been negligent and didn’t protect them from intimate assaults.

“The NCAA ‘knew or need to have understood that their actions or inaction in light regarding the price and level of intimate assaults reported making recognized to the NCAA by male student-athletes.
